Terms of Service — Register of Information for Jira

Provider: DynSup Labs LLC ("DynSup", "we", "us"). Support: support [at] dynsuplabs [dot] com Last updated: 2026-06-09

These Terms govern your use of the "Register of Information for Jira" app (the "App"), distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using the App, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. The App is sold and billed through Atlassian, which acts as merchant of record.

1. What the App does (and does not do)

The App helps you organize, structure, and export your own data into the European Supervisory Authorities' published Register of Information template structure (the xBRL-CSV "plain-csv" templates under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2956). The App presents the full, undifferentiated template structure and lets you populate it.

The App is a descriptive data-organization and formatting tool only. It is expressly not:

The App does not select, recommend, filter, or limit the options it presents to you based on your specific facts. Classification and scope decisions are yours alone.

2. Your responsibility under DORA Article 28

You remain, at all times, fully responsible under DORA Article 28 for your Register of Information and its submission. The App does not assume, reduce, discharge, or share that responsibility. The obligation to maintain, keep current, and submit your Register of Information is yours and is non-delegable to a tool vendor.

3. No warranty of mapping currency, correctness, completeness, or acceptance

The App's representation of the template structure is provided without warranty that it is current, complete, correct, or fit for any particular purpose. Regulatory templates change; the App's structure may lag the authoritative source.

You are responsible for validating any export with the European Banking Authority's own validation tools (and any tools or rules required by your competent authority) before submitting it. We give no warranty that any export will pass validation, will be free of error, or will be accepted by any competent authority or supervisory authority. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Data handling

The App runs on Atlassian's infrastructure ("Runs on Atlassian"). Your data entered into the App is stored in Atlassian-hosted, data-residency-pinned storage. The App does not transmit your data to DynSup-controlled systems or to any third party outside Atlassian. See the Privacy Notice for details. Your use of Atlassian's platform is additionally governed by Atlassian's terms and the Forge Data Processing Addendum.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynSup's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. DynSup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any regulatory finding, penalty, rejected submission, or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or any export.

6. Acceptable use

You will use the App only for your own lawful Register-of-Information organization and export. You will not represent to any third party that use of the App establishes your compliance with DORA or any other regulation.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the Marketplace listing.

8. Governing entity

The App is provided by DynSup Labs LLC (a United States limited liability company). Contact: support [at] dynsuplabs [dot] com.
