Summary

The "Register of Information for Jira" app (the "App") is built to run entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure ("Runs on Atlassian"). The App does not send your data to DynSup Labs LLC or to any third party outside Atlassian. We do not operate a server, database, or analytics endpoint that receives your content.

What data the App processes

The App processes the data you enter into the Register of Information templates, which may include information about your organization, your ICT third-party service providers, your contractual arrangements, and contact/signatory details (which may include personal data such as names of signatories or contacts).

Where that data lives

All such data is stored in Atlassian-hosted, data-residency-pinned storage (Forge Key-Value Store), within the same Atlassian environment as your host product. The App reads and writes this data only within Atlassian's platform.

What leaves Atlassian

Nothing. The App declares no external egress in its Forge manifest. It makes no outbound network calls to any non-Atlassian domain. No telemetry, no analytics, no logging to an external service.

Controller / processor roles and cross-border transfers

Because the App does not hold or process your data on DynSup-controlled systems, DynSup does not act as a controller or processor of your data outside the Atlassian platform. Atlassian acts as your data processor for in-app data under the Forge Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the associated Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which govern any cross-border transfer of personal data. DynSup has recorded a written determination of its GDPR posture under this no-egress architecture, including its position on the GDPR Article 27 EU-representative requirement; a copy is available on request from support [at] dynsuplabs [dot] com.

Your rights

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data held within your Atlassian environment are handled through your Atlassian administration and Atlassian's own data-subject-request processes, because the data resides in your Atlassian tenancy, not with DynSup. Children

The App is a business tool not directed to children and does not knowingly process children's data.
