Support — Register of Information for Jira

How to get help with the Register of Information for Jira app by DynSup Labs LLC.

Contacting support

The fastest way to get help is to raise a request in our support portal. It is open to everyone — you do not need an Atlassian account to submit a request.

Open the DynSup Labs support portal →

In the portal you can raise a request, describe your issue, and track our reply. This is the primary way to reach us.

Email (fallback)

If you prefer email, you can also write to us at:

support [at] dynsuplabs [dot] com

We read every message and aim to respond on a reasonable best-effort basis, typically within a few business days. There is no phone or live-chat channel — the support portal or email is the right way to reach us.

What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please tell us:

Please do not send confidential register contents, credentials, or personal data in a support message; a short description and any on-screen error text are enough for us to help.

Service level

We aim to provide responsive, good-faith support on the following targets. These are our standard service-level targets, not a contractual guarantee.

The target response time is the time within which we aim to send an initial reply to a request; it is a good-faith support commitment and does not by itself guarantee resolution within that window.

Documentation

Many questions are answered in the app documentation, which covers installation, browsing templates, entering and importing data, and exporting the xBRL-CSV rendering.

Scope of support

We help with installing, configuring, and using the app, and with investigating problems you encounter in it. The app is descriptive software: it presents the published ESA DORA Register of Information template structure and exports exactly the rows and values you enter. It does not provide regulatory, legal, or compliance advice, and support cannot tell you what belongs in your register or whether your register satisfies your obligations under DORA. You remain responsible for your Register of Information and for validating any export with your competent authority's tools.
